Where do I begin??... we bought the truck Feb 28th and its been a nightmare. If you want more information you would have to call for there is to much to put here

I just stopped in for an oil and filter change. The service guy seemed bothered because i didnt have an appointment but still got my car serviced.

When I arrived early on the morning of my appointment I pulled up to a bay door and it immediately opened and I was to pull in and park! A quick check in and I was on my way to work. I got a call later that morning letting me know my truck was ready! Courtesy driver came to my work and take me to get my truck. The only small issue was I didn’t know when he arrived so I had no idea he was waiting for me. Not a big issue for me but I’m sure he would have rather not waited so long. A call from him or the service dept when he arrived would have helped.

From the start my experience was very pleasant. The attendant was informative and a good listener. I willbe returning.

The staff was very nice and the waiting room was comfortable. I had a flat tire fixed under my hazard coverage.
