Initially my fiance purchased a 2026 Buick Enclave and a couple of days later I purchased a 2026 GMC Terrain. This has by far been the best experience in my entire life purchasing a vehicle. Ahmed was attentive, knowledgeable, and communicated with us the entire time. The transaction was smooth, quick and easy. We literally was in and out of the dealership within 1 1/2. As we proceeded to finance, we weren't pressured in buying a bunch of unwanted Extended Warranties or service contracts. We had our hard tags back within to days and the also kept in contact with us after our purchases. Highly recommend this dealership! OCEAN CITY, MD | 2026 GMC Sierra 1500September 6, 2026Dealership is very professional and well run. But GMs continued lack of a response to well known transmission issues is not acceptable. Just because the service department cannot recreate a problem doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. On multiple occasions the transmission in my new 2026 Sierra has experienced a hard bucking for several seconds at highway speeds and resulted in a rapid loss of speed. Not a good feeling on mountain roads with commercial vehicles in your mirrors. Even if the problem could not be recreated, at a minimum I would expect a fluid flush and fluid change since this is potentially a very dangerous situation.Response from Hertrich Buick GMC of Salisbury
